  • Don't worry dragns....there's about 30 min of roll outs, stretching and other dynamic movements at the beginning of every workout that doesn't get posted. This was just the stretching at the end of the workout.

  • The movement prep stuff at the end looks like it should have been at the beginning of the workout.

  • This stuff is totally Athletes Performance stuff! Great job guys. They are the best in the business.
