  • This song hits close to home in so many ways, R.I.P Layne.

  • this guitar riff alone is instant classic

  • This sounds like the last breath of pure good music for the music, as of the 90s before the shit music era we entered about 12-13 years ago

  • i adore this lyrics layne was not only THE VOICE he was also an amazing songwriter

  • Of the whole "grunge" era, this song speaks more than any other. I really hate Layne slipped away from us.

  • I wish there was a I Love It ! button

  • Who the fuck would dislike this song......?

  • @Metalmanmania357 , One of the drone sheep, that has never heard the likes of Mad Season or was a Obama voter.

  • damn you herion !!!!!

  • r.i.p. Layne Staley

  • Sometimes I imagine this song at the end of a good road movie, with the desperate and lonely main character wandering towards the sunset... I don't know why, maybe inspiration from a lot of western film

  • @CheviCamaroSS thats really cool man. never thought of it that way. but it really seems to fit the song

  • @iliketoparty82 Thanks fellow, but this music had a great emotionnal touch when you think about Layne's life.

  • @lilrockable Friend me on LIVE, I'm a great supporter. My gamertag is the same as my YouTube.

  • i think im in love!!!!!!

  • That simple yet beautiful guitar at intro digs right into my soul and thats before Layne starts beinging...goosebumps and a sudden feeling of zen

  • Perfect music on this shitty rainy day.

  • Such a depressing song about such a painful addiction... And yet, though I am a sixteen-year-old straight-edge boy who loves the music he was born into rather than that which he lives with, I will always love this song. I may never expirience the issues inspiring it, but that doesn't mean this beautifully painful song cannot inspire me to push through and never get eaten by my problems.

  • @GuyNamedSean im 16 too.. i wish i could be like you dude cause it feels like my problems are eating me alive.. whenever im really down i always listen to Layne and it truly helps but fuck it hurts

  • @lilrockable I'm the same way.

  • @GuyNamedSean Smart kid. People will push you to drink and do drugs for the next 10+ years of your life, but you're much better off not listening to them. Clean body, clean mind.

  • miss u layne :(

  • A beautifully sung song.

  • A sad story of how some who have such moving voices die so young.

  • Great song. Twenty something years and still a great song.

  • @dragonriversteel

More like 16 years. Stop trying to make me feel old :)

  • @dragonriversteel your math may be horrible...but your taste in music is great lol

  • @jigy132 , Thanks. Music is life, never understood that until I got older. But having been in my twenty's in the 90's, man the music just kicked ass back then. That's what all the generations say to their predecessors.

  • @dragonriversteel You're right: song is awesome but math isnt your strong point ;D

  • @dragonriversteel just 17 years

  • @rhsstate2006 ,Still feels like twenty or more years have passed. Just getting up there in age.

  • @dragonriversteel it's only been 17.

  • @jon5706 , Still seems like longer or I partied way to much back then, causing me to have horrible math skills these days. I miss the music of those days...

  • This is dedicated to you, brother. You know who you are. Always and forever.

  • I need that album.

  • there should be a millon views and a millon comments
