i researched what companies test on animlas, and I DON'T use their products. It isn't that hard to do the research. Also, I think we've come to a point where we KNOW that bleach fucks up your eyes. Do we really need to keep putting it in millions of rabbit's eyes every year? The vast majority of animal testing proves nothing new, and a lot of what hurts or doesn't hurt animals doesn't carry over to human beings.

I spend a good portion of my income on donations to charities, rest of it is spent on goods which puts money back into the economy. If i stopped buying meat, farmers would lose money. Point is, i didn't change my opinion from last year. Sure, this is awful, but i'm not going to protest this while bigger issues are going on, like some of the recent earthquakes
@Domebuddy you can be vegan and go donate to haiti at the same time! you don't have to actively protest , just boycott meat. and yes, farmers will lose money, but they will find other ways to make money, and new companies that cater to veganism will be able to grow and make prosper instead. i'm sure plantation owners were initially screwed when slavery was abolished, but it was necessary for positive change.
@Dome change isn't easy, but that's no reason to cling to outmoded traditions. those farmers won't die, and their suffering won't come close to that that of billions of farm animals experience every year. vegetarianism and veganism grow more and more popular all the time, but it's gradual. farmers won't starve or lose their businesses because of you alone, but you alone can save thousands of animals from suffering by not eating them, and set an example that will others to follow.
I have no issues with those who want animals to be treated by equals, but you cant attempt to force people into a guilt trip.
