If working with a good computer that can handle good plug-in VSTs... go for it (plus all the free torrents aout there :D)... still the MM6 just isn't "GOOD".. it's just "OK"... If you buy it, it will eventually be worth nothing if you have goods VSTs

Of course the M50 can be connected to MIDI , it has MIDI in and out , and can be connected via USB as well and a midi emulation will be available with this usb connection. I think you should go to the korg page to see the features of the M50, imo it's one of the greatest synths/workstations ever done at this price level.

I started syncing with my recent piano improv videos... Since my main focus in this series was to make "audio demos" I didnt find it very important to have it sync (although it looks weird) but there were 20+ videos I would have to put into Logic and sync... just didnt have much time :) Thanks

haha thanks, I need like 300 more years to catch up with him... funny, most of the time I try to avoid being like him, when it comes to this kind of stuff... Most of the videos I've seen of him demoing the Oasys for example, he plays everything very fast and technical, I just try to play it simple, slow... But thanks!

Yes it does, and you can edit everything, acoustic piano sounds are not the best, but work ok (I have another demo with the best A.Piano sound I could make)... the Electric Pianos are VERY GOOD

hey man, can you play a saxophone line? :) looking forward to see a vid with brass / reed / woodwind / ochestral stuff on your m50. (you can leave out strings and flutes for they can be replicated even on FM synths).

I could try... I'm not very good at playing brass on keys. But I was thinking about it, since its an area I haven't covered on these demos... Thanks. I already found a way to do it on Logic or GarageBand... for the next vids I'll take the time to do it. At least these Korg videos my priority was the Audio:)
