I would have to agree with Glipschitz, maybe creating videos to help MSP's like white label SMB customer testimonials we could perhaps use on our websites.
I haven't heard anything yet. I emailed this request a month or two ago and I havent got a reply yet.
The idea is that they have customer testimonial from the corporate point of view, testimonials from MSP's that serves SMB, but there is no testimonials from those SMB clients as to the better service they received, etc,. etc. etc. from their provider due to the use of Kaseya. And this would be GREAT to be white label, that way we (MSP) could post videos like these on our websites.

I just wish you would spend less time on some what funny videos and more time on actually releasing the product to your paying customers!
