iv got a video of exactly the same thing but in telford it dissapeared just before ending my video

First impression was its a plane but when zoomed in it seems to have a vertical structure unlike a plane which has a horizontal structure but that could be down to pixelisation due to poor vid quality, i live in Hindley shame i missed it.
