  • i love it! :)

  • what strings did you use? steel or nylon? it sounds to crispy for nylon but I saw the bridge of the guitar it wasn't for steel strings.. I'm confused so what is it?

  • @bigbutlittlebrother They are nylon strings

  • Umm this is really cool but could you do a voice tutorial, on this i'm just beggining so i really want to learn this song and this one sounds the best so a tutorial would be helpful :)

  • @linkenrox I did do a partial tutorial on this, just search my other videos titled "La Bamba Fingerstyle Guitar Lesson" I explain the fingering to most of it if I remember correctly. thanks

  • Awesome!

  • FUCKING AWSOM !!!

  • @gboyguillen Thanks,,glad u like it!

  • din mamma har en stor snopp

  • doesnt sound anything like la bamba

  • muy bien!

  • Very good lesson.....

  • i'm wondering. whats the best strings to have? because my E a and d are made of steel or something, but the last 3 strings are like made of plastic, idunno, it looks like plastic, but can you put steel strings on the guitar instead of the plastic ones?

  • @ilikeboobi It depends if your guitar is a steel string guitar or nylon string guitar. If its a guitar built to use nylon strings don't put steel strings on it because the extra tension could damage the guitar. The bass strings on nylon string guitars are nylon wrapped with metal but there not steel strings. If your unsure just to a google comparison search on the differences of classical(nylon) guitars and steel string guitars to determine which yours is.

  • @taorob3

i'm quite sure mine is a nylon then :) thanks alot for the reply :D

  • Where can I find the musical notation for La Bamba...thanks.....Dan

  • Nylons are best for playing these type of classic pop songs.

  • can share the tab?

  • teach me!

  • Hello, I just posted a lesson video on this that hopefully is somewhat helpful

  • nylon for more classic guitar,,,,, steel for more western kind of sound...

  • What a stupid comment

  • Are those nylon strings? I have metal ones. Which are better?

  • he's playing nylon. best strings? ones that are in tune... hehehehe - it's actually all a matter of taste and the sound you're trying to get

  • The original song was played with nylon strings, however it sounds good regardless. Your question is similar to asking someone what type of motor oil they like, or if they like sugar or honey in their tea, or if they prefer Levi or Guess jeans. It's totally personal preference. For me, I prefer the sound of nylon however I don't like the feel of nylon strings as I play. Besides I was raised listening to steel strings :)

  • good :)

  • Super!

  • If anyone has the tabulature please send it to me. Thanks!

  • I've got the same question

  • Nice Job!! but just give it a little bit of rythim

  • Great version, man ;)

  • Your opinion may be legal, but it's annoying as hell. Didn't your mother ever tell you if you've got nothing nice to say then don't say anything at all? Silly little boy.

  • this is soo great...how long it took to u to learn?

  • It's really good. Maybe pick out the melody a little louder but otherwise perfect.

  • was that a 100% handmade flamenco nylon ?? how much did it cost?

  • fecking brilliant bud

  • do you use acoustic spanish guitar?

  • Its a flamenco built by american guitar luthier Dake Traphagen

  • this sounds like twist and shout

  • that's because they have the same chords. =D

  • But Twist and shout ( beatles ) # Labam ba ( lobos)

  • great, i like the way you change the speed level.

  • simple chords sequence

    C - F - G - F - C

  • where can we get a tab for this?

  • I should have mentioned in the info section, I learned this version from Mark Hansens Great American Tablature Songbook, just google it. I dont play it exactly his way but simliar

  • thanks!

  • AWESOME!!!A LOT OF THANKS!

  • Really good. FINALLY someone who shows their ENTIRE guitar when showing how to play a song. Thank-you very much. Now I can show off with my guitar peers :) JK

  • wow, instrumental accompanyment and "vocals" too

    very impressive

  • This sounds really good, you should sing la bamba slowly too and make your own record. It would also be nice if you tab this.

  • Beautiful technique and great job keeping the tempo even and the sound clear. I was actually sitting here with my guitar in my lap and I could hear your music reverbing in the body of my guitar. :D Thanks for taking the time to post this. -Mario

  • fuck off and get over yourself

  • If I dont't learnit NOW I never will learn'it

  • Ok dude, I'll never play it again

  • Keep playing! Some people just don't understand that the point of learning to play an instrument as well as you have is to be able to express yourself, unless you're a wanna-be rocker, like "balla-not-so-studly" is...

    Keep up the good work!

  • That is not how u play it but u now it
