yep but I think only at&t currently supports the 3G though so you'll have to use their networks.

no, you have original one that came out in europe first. That version doesn't currently supports the US 3G networks. The US N95 (i believe its called N95v3) does and is actually on sale right now and its unlocked. But at&t is suppose to pick it up before the end of the year if you want to save some money.
