At 15,000mph it is faster than the Topol-M (10,800) . The Minuteman-III can carry MIRV, but the START 2 treaty prohibits this. The most technical advanced ICBM is the Trident 2 D-5. The most accurate missle in the world, and the most realiable with 135 lauches an NO aborts.

Why would you need high precision for a nuke? A kilometer or 2 would not make any difference. Precision in rockets is only for the murder rockets US uses in "surgical" (as-if) missions. Russians were never interested in such - if they want to kill someone they send in the infantry and rip him apart. Russian nuclear rocketry REMAINS overall in advance of US one that spend too much effort on side-projects (eg. precision missiles etc.).

Both Countries are very capable. There would be no winner in the end. We both would be mutually destroyed. Russian weapons are slightly less precise though. We can also assume they are less reliable due to the fact that they have not been cared for like American weapons. Nothing is unable to be completely stopped my missile defense, with nukes, you only need one to get through. Keep in mind American ICBMs maintain a year round average of 99% alert status also.
