this is what u have to do. this guy knows what hes doing. guys in the NBA or any profesional sport rarely use plyo's and use heavy weight training. Squats lunges benching and ECT its all about about a full body workout and muscle confusion throughout your whole body. you think this guys fat but hes all muscle. and is throwing that shit down HARD

LOL! That hoop is only 9 foot tall.
I'm 5'11 and was able to dunk from the time I was 17 until I was about 27. You lose hops as you age.
Of course I dunked on a regulation hoop, not a 9 foot job
