how do you hook up rca to xlr? like thi mixer has rca outputs and my self powered speakers have xlr inputs

i got numark its dope dont have a problem with it if u live in cali go to amoeba best record store ever only in san francisco and holliwood and i forgot the other on i order this mixer is it good?(im waiting for it to come)

@caretaker Technics is better by a long shot, but the cost is a noticeable difference too. I think Stanton's a good middle ground
