It is common procedure for insurance companies to automatically settle harmful cases and also the terms of the contract between MJ and his insurance company forced MJ to agree with it. It doesn’t mean that the insurer thought he was guilty but long lasting trials and lost record sales also cost a lot of money. Everything is always about money! The settlement was not MJ’s idea!
