yellowducky don't be mean... you can cleary see that the other guy is just taking a line out of the way, he's not helping with the tack. By the time he came along the tack was already done.
But that's the whole point. Single handed sailing is all about having all that kind of thing sussed out so that lines don't get in your way and you can keep everything clean and safe. Little help though it may be, it is still not single handed!
As usual, poor camera work. we want to see what's happening forward, pointless just focusing on the skipper. Besides, how do we know his helper didn't get the jib across?

Much easier with the autopilot. Just hit +10 nine times, and work the jib sheets.
BTW I didn't see him blow the jib sheet behind the camera, perhaps he had help?
