Oakland had 123 murders and SF had 99 murders in 2008. San Jo only had 32, which was closer to Richmond, a city less than 1/9 the size of San Jose that had 28 murders. Shit happens a lot more in the 41510, and most of SJ's killings are either domestic or stabbings so maybe the dude who posted wasn't interested. Or maybe nothing happened in SJ that month since he said this was over about a month. Who cares? Why u want SJ to sound tough anyway? You should be glad its safer than the others.
