Hi, have this laptop the Sony Vaio Z, when I got the machine Z35x, it did not work, then never put the drivers on, so after i put the driver on, it still had problems, so it went back, I had to wait 2 weeks before the next Z came, now this Z has a big Scratch oh the left side by touch pad and it has missing labels which are the dlna certified, and the blue & white engery sticker, which should be on the left side of the machine, so they will now send out a new Z, so i have wait another 2 weeks.
I sincerely doubt that they "forgot" to put the drivers on by the sounds of it who ever sold it to u screwed you over, Sony were voted one of the most reliable machines on the market. Sounds like u bought a display machine since all the labels were missing and some one reformatted the machine hence the missing drivers
Not all the labels are missing only the dlna certified & the engery stickers. Please don't doubt what I'm saying I don't Lie.
