MvC3: Arthur - Combo 05 - Knight Watch!

Haven't tried it, nor have I had the time, but is it possible to power up to King Arthur and then pull of the combo or will the fire bottle push your opponent too far away for the scythe to have any effect?

Sometimes I Jump towards the enemy and use heat-seeking crossbow. The enemy player will probably try to launch you when your coming down, but get hit with the arrows instead, giving you an opportunity to do a combo like this

can you only do the first part twice, or can you do it more than that, but it becomes kinda useless?

Well, what's the POINT of Arthur rushing down? He has no options for mixups, no mobility options. It's absolutely ABSURD for you to expect every character to play a stupid rushdown game. And It's even more silly for you to frown upon a keepaway playstyle as if it's not as legitimate as a rushdown style.

@Speedsk8er keepaway is annoying as hell dude. sorry. All im saying is its harder and more respectable ( to me ) to be able to actually get in and do some of his combos like this. its cool is all, i never see people play like this with him because its hard. I don't expect every character to rush down ( like x-23's/wolverines/ect) , but staying at the other end of the stage and spamming the same move over..and over..and over..and over is boring. but what ever. so legit .. sure?.. boring..yes..?

You've never faced a good arthur then, they do not just stay at the end of the screen and spam and it is certainly not boring. Good Arthurs will make your hands shake.

@tjmr15 Keepaway is actually way harder to master than rushdown especially in MvC3, because when you keepaway, it requires you to intimately know your opponent's options. Not so much when you rushdown and make the move before your opponent does anything.

@Speedsk8er if you could understand that all it takes are some good assist to help him get in, he could , just like haggar ... people use assist to help him get in because otherwise he is screwed. The only difference is that Arthur actually has projectiles to make up for his inability to get in, haggar doesn't, so people just spam projectiles with him ( or play mid to fullscreen, as you stated) versus setting up some assists to aid him in getting in, they will do it to aid him in keeping away.
