Come to Houston and go hang out at the Mens club(topless bar he frequents quite a bit) for a week and you will most likely see Billy there at least one or more of those 7 nights...I have partied with him there and he hes a little quite, but is an extremely cool dude and is very courteous, humble and nice as can be!
