@ttshlo409 yeah... some games takes too much to load... it may be my shitty processor... well, i didnt build it myself... going to buy a nice pc soon to play battlefield 3 at max settings... Im running it at 22 avg fps at the moment lol... it must be the processor. because my video card is still decent.

@ProP4hh Yes it definitely must be your processors for sure. Guaranteed. Because I had same situation in GTA IV and Skyrim. My graphics card surprisingly maxed it out with 30 to 40 fps but sometimes it drops to 10 fps for no reason. I checked out my CPU performance graph. CPU went 100% which means I have bad processors. So yeah.
