Go for somethin safer than that. Air alert doesn't develop power, explosiveness. So many reps makes it more like an endurance program instead of getting powerfull and explosive. That's what I think...

@loccdogg5 yo if you want to keep increasing your vert try training with lower body plyometrics... they focus on light weights, or your own bodyweight and incorporate explosive movements up onto boxes and steps .. do off one leg, 2 legs, and vary the height to which you jump from workout to the next.. u should see even more results in couple weeks!! im 6'0 white kid from the burbs and got a 32-34in vert myself.. now im dunking off a drop step w 2 hands

He can't put his whole damn arm in the rim, I'm not even sure if he can put his elbow in the rim..Sure he gets up there, but all he does is jump off one foot and too put his elbow in the rim would be a little more difficult that way with all his momentum pulling him away from the goal..But he definitely can't get anywhere close to his arm.
