I could dunk since eighth grade (barely), I was 6 ft then. I'm 6' 6" now and a senior in HS, I got a 31" verticle, it takes a lot of work to get your jump higher. It's so cool seeing some dude 5'9" able to do that! Good work bro

Just practice hard always try to the.rim and get higher. The goal is to make your hardest jump right now, your easiest in a month or so. My 22" vertical used to be my highest. Now its 29". And I'm only 6"1
