  • I got stoned with him during intermission at the Beacon many years ago. there is a large room under the stage where the old hydraulic system moves the stage. I asked him to open the 2nd. set with "you don't love me" and to play my sunburst Les Paul i had with me. Watching him play that guitar from the wings of the stage that night will live with me forever ! Complete Gentleman !!

  • I havent played 150 shows in my life, and he's played the Beacon alone that many times. Time to GO TO WORK

  • warrens the man. i met him once at a music festivle when he was with gov't mule. got to talk to him back stage

  • being down to earth was what it used to be all about before the corporations got a hold of it all....thanks Warren for your very best playing all the time!

  • Yeah, Warren's legitimitely a very nice cat.

  • I saw Warren & his band(not Govt Mule) @ Stephen Talkhouse in Miami Beach(early 90's, I believe). Mick Taylor and Bobby Keyes got up out of the audience at the end of the set to jam with the band. Warren gave Mick a licking on the slide guitar, boy! He was running circles around him. Bobby was blowin' some great riffs on his tenor sax. After about 10-15 minutes, Mick gave up and the show ended. Warren is so humble and is the most down to earth gentleman, probably because he's from Asheville,NC.

  • he really is

  • Warren seems like such a down to earth guy and loves the music that he plays...GO WARREN!!
