Marc isn't a picture of perfection. Bright guy as I remember from those years ago but sadly beset with his own set of demons. That being said, this video MAY be indicative of a somewhat inebriated man (though it's unclear as to that being absolutely the case) but I don't see specific evidence of an assault. To the extent that the poster of this piece uses such specious labeling routinely, I'd respectively advise him to be a bit more careful and and cogent in his pronunciations.
