Unfortunately a common scene with those extreme flat bottom spade rudder and fin keel boats. This boat was without rudder control for at least 30 seconds !
But this is today´s in boatbuilding standard: very fast but unconfortable and somewhat dangerous sailing boats! A good designed boat would never have this behaviour. The owner of this boat, who might be a good seaman, made a very bad choice, sorry, sell it as soon as possible.
bad handling...Chute choked, should let the vang go and sail deeper also...

That is about 20 knots,
It would be impossible to sail that in 40 knots,
