This is an amazing band. Sadly enough, I only began to realize the implications of what noam chomsky said from manufacturing consent only a few weeks ago, despite the fact that I've been listening to the band for a few years now. Listening to them now, with the political activism (I know that sounds too quaint) in mind creates a whole new cultural experience with new meanings. It would be amazing to work with these guys in shaping the consciousness of the public.
