The people held prisoner in Guantanamo are people, who cannot be successfully convicted of the crimes they are accused of. Under normal circumstances, they can't be proven guilty, which is why they're kept in Cuba, instead of the US. Plus, they're treated in a way that is not suitable for human beings.

it doesn't always matter on the genre. if the music is good it'll still be a success. sometimes genre's just live on because there's a select following who'll buy their albums because they also so happen to be fashionable to a select crowd. genre's such as that don't last at all. nu-metal isn't really one of those.
