you're supposed to put the screen down before you slap knuckle stretch not allowed. our dough is never frozen it's shipped in refrigerated trucks i've done inventory it's not frozen just cold. btw cold dough sucks to slap

when you slap in the middle it gets thin and the slices droop. you gotta slap it along the edge....sounds wierd but it turns out thicker and ends up tasting better.

when she slaps, tell her to go around the center, her hands almost always landed towards teh center which will make it very thin.

I work at domino's the reason why they do not slap anymore is because too many people did this and it degrades teh quality of the pizza (makes bowl shaped pizzas)
