I like the camera work of this hmong movie because it doesn't look cheap and one-sided like those other hmong movies that I've seen release these days.
This movie was very well put together. Definitely something from that late 80's to early 90's era. Wish they could of done better with the audio dubbing.
my brothers movie! awesome its about time our cousin uploaded this. this movie was made back in 1993 not 1998. this movie is well acted and the effort put into this is amazing! its a real classic for the Hmongs, a must see and have!
i agree. i still consider it the best hmong movie of all time. its incredibly contemporary and well filmed, the only knock on it is that they did not have the luxury of on-site audio recording so they dubbed all the voices after, which makes it sound a bit off and weird. i'll see if my uncle plans on releasing the whole movie on youtube
I understand the gun shots were kinda funny, but back than you can only do so much. LOL good movie.
