  • Your great can you give me some pointers?

  • Great stuff.

  • You can tell you have an accent cuz some of the words weren't pronounced right. Butr other than that u were awesome

  • In my opinion, I think you put a little too much acting into it. It looked a little force and not really...smooth? That's just my opinion though. You're vocial acting was amazing.

  • pretty good! you lost the word "anything" though. you sorta gave up on it at the end.

  • it was good at first but then it all went down hill

  • That was really helpful im doing that for an audition next week and i wasn't sure about the last line so i feel bit better about thanks x

  • Your good :)

but I think you played it a little bit dramatic more so then comedic. Felt more like you were saying this for a movie rather then in a sitcom kind of tone.

    Still very good though :D

  • I honestly got goosebumps within the first 31 seconds.

  • your really good

  • wowww..that was great....plzzz check mines out and tell me what you think

  • You look like Sarah Hyland

  • Awesome job. :D I suggest you speak just a little slower, but other than that, it's amazing.

  • Who is the authour to this "confused teen" x

  • I did the same monologue when I was auditioning for a t.v. sitcom (I got the part by the way) and it came out as though I was upset and pissed and then happy at the ending! *Lmboooo ! You did good though.

  • wow. that was feally good. im auditioning for laguardia, and i need to do this. you did an amazing job.

  • Lol you can tell when you forgot your line! Its not that realistic though and you talked too fast on some parts i couldn't understand it

  • Comment removed

  • You have a lot of potential. You should put this on quotetube and see if you get noticed.

  • Where did you get this monlogue?

  • "To all the movie actors, go to my page to join audition for an upcoming feature movie!!!

  • You look EXACTLY like Sarah Hyland from Modern Family.

  • @PortuguesePrincess5 I actually get that a lot. A couple of girls who visited my acting class were really excited when they saw me and asked me if "I was the girl from Modern Family." I felt so bad when I told them I wasn't her. Haha. Oh, well.

She's really pretty though, so I'm really humbled that so many people think I look like her. Thank you :)

  • @PortuguesePrincess5 i thought is was Sarah Hyland

  • Haha~ this video was viewed in my threatre arts classroom. My teacher loved it so much, on how you moved ur hands and everything x3 lol my friend was like...wtf..XD

  • i saw this monologue on a website!

  • I have a question, say you're auditioning for a film, should your monologue be something really close to that character, or can I just choose which ever monologue whether it be similar or not? How many monologues do I need to rehearse, and should they be memorized?

  • @liljayduhh They should be similar to YOU, because you are more likely to be cast as "your type." Sad, but true.

  • you look like jessica alba~!

  • @Julietteisme Haha I wish!! But thank you :)

  • @Julietteisme she looks more like the girl from modern family! the oldest daughter in phil and claires family

  • @LeMouWards lol she totally does.. when I said that comment it was before the show came out. you are so right though

  • i'm doing thin this monologue for an audition on sat

  • your a really good actress:)

  • love it! u r amazing

  • AMAZING! :-D

  • WOw that was cool YOur pretty good. It even wants me to practice my monolougues more this summer LOL. KEpp up the good work. MAybe will meet each other one day when we become famouse LOL!!

  • wow! that was the best i have ever seen this monologue done! awesome!

  • Tip for acting in front of the camera.

Dont move up and down so much, with better cameras it puts you out of focus and i can tell your nervous infront of the camera cause your looking away constantly. its rally distracting.

    just a few tips

    the acting way good tho.

  • nice. this is actually the 1st ties ive heard this

  • that's a teen monologue not some dramatically sad monologue, although it's good

  • hay best 1 so far

  • how can you eat Iran? it's a country.

  • umm its good but its not THAT realistic i mean it kinda feels that you are playing not feeling it at all but anyway great job

  • U overdid it I guess. Im not a professional actor or anything of the sort but I can tell who is doing what and in what proportion. I'm srry if its a tad rude but you are not doing it for the camera. You're doing it because you're confused, you have to let it out. Dwell in the psychology of teens. And for Christ sake, stop touching your hair as you deliver the speech. I say again, you're not doing it for the camera. It should be REALISTIC. Try reading "Stanislaviski: An Intro"

  • Great Job...i liked ur facial expressions and pitch!

  • That's great! :) You are awesome!

  • You do look confused ;)

Nice job! I like the ending :)

  • u r good

  • its a myth that chocolate give u pimples heehee. Gr8 job!

  • This was so good. I liked your facial expressions because you really looked confused. KKeep up with the good work. ;))

  • i did this monologue for an audition and i booked it :)

  • eh, its alright

  • look at the camera!!!!!!

  • Please please try a monologue from a play! It helps you much more than this online crap. you can work with a more developed character.

Also, you're mispronouncing a lot of words and moving your hands a little awkwardly.

  • Very Goood(:

I Was Told Not To Touchh My Hair So Muchh Btt Youu Do It Soo Natural!

  • Hey check oy the videos "Lleyna and Steve #2" and "Lleyna and Steve #1" she is really natural!

    hope it helps :)

  • i thought that was really good! ive been turning this monologue down for AAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAGGGGGGGGGGGEEEEEEEEEEEEEESSSSSSSSSSSS. but i dont think i will next time!

  • I agree with starky1995,you are using your hands too much but ,hey, directors hate it when you dont use your hands at all but you used them the most when there needed too (ex: 1:00-1:02) so thats mostly what matters.

  • you need to work on pronouncing words right and stop using your hands so much, overal good not the best or even close to the best ive seen though

  • it's not said reeeelm its said relm....and irs not I-run. its i-ern.

  • wow that was really good..i am aspriring to be an actress myself..

keep up the good work!! :)

  • dont use ur hands so much

  • not bad. Play with the comedic aspect a bit more but... not bad

    that was awsome.

    and funny.

  • Nice job!

  • hahaha i love the way u say iron

  • haha

i think it's funny that you find it funny. haha

i didn't realize it was saying it weird :P

  • lol its not wierd, its just with an accent. wow u have a lot of comments

  • good but keep trying, i can see you acting one day :) (btw your name is really pretty) but good job though!!

  • thank you! :) i really appreciate the constructive criticism. and thanks :D i used to hate my name, but now i really like it. haha

  • for the love of god.. forth wall??? moment before???

  • sorry?

  • moment before is the event that just occurred right before your monologue..

I wasn't sure who you were talking to? another teen? your mother? boyfriend? ..this is important because the way that you speak to your mother is different than if you were speaking to a friend...

play the event that just happened before the monologue and then begin your delivery, you'll see a difference...

finally, in your intro, don't tell us its a comedy or drama.. as we wouldn't know by your performance?

  • you remind me so much of amanda seyfried =)

  • haha really?! that's one i haven't heard before. thanks! :) i think she's really cool...

  • haha good job and I agree with that 100%being a teenager is sooo confusing

  • omg, you know it. haha

    and thank you :)

  • esta de la puta mare

  • de la puta madre bueno o de la puta madre malo?

ummm... no se si quiero oir la respuesta siquiera. jaja

  • great job you made it all really natural and funny!

  • aw thank you!!! :)

you boost my confidence :P haha no, really, thanks. i needed that...

  • diction diction diction

there are times when your words are slurred and its hard to hear what your saying

don't be afraid to make bigger choices with your character

    very good though!

  • thanks so much, really. the help is appreciated.

i'll keep that in mind next time :)

  • this was wonderful!

you got right into it you were good

    hey, were all aspiring actors

who are trying to get their start somewhere

and what i always tell myself is never give up!

at times it may seem like youve lost but just keep

trying and never stop! But again, amazing job

    i loved it :]

  • aww thank you! :D

yes, that's so true. young actors seem to be giving up on their dreams too soon. it's great to see people like you, who inspire all of us to turn back and follow them again.

    you're awesome.

    thank you! :)

  • goooooood!

  • thaaaaaaaaaaaanks! haha ;P

  • This is fantastic. :D
