And I suggest you make the songs fade out next time. It's kinda strange hearing the songs end so abruptly. And as for the Castle pictures, try screencapping an emulator or a full-screen YouTube video.
Proto Castle Map is actually my favourite Castle select theme, I love the blue notes in it, really giving you the feeling you're fighting against "Blues".
And as cool as the Castle Theme after it was ... I was really disappointed the first time, because I really expected more awesome blues, a slower and cooler theme and such, but oh well ... it wasn't Protoman at all, so I guess it's okay.
MM7 W1: Epic. It's a great start to the Wily Castle. Puts you in a different mood. You feel like you are sneaking into the castle and that you shouldn't be there.
MM7 W2: Meh... I never liked this song really... : P Kinda breaks the mood for me. The stage is boring too.
MM7 W3: Feels dangerous but optimistic at the same time. Awesome Wily Castle theme.
MM7 W4: It,s an awesome song but... somehow it doesn,t seem to fit the last stages. But... I love it. ^_^
MM5 PM: Awesome Theme. I loved it back then and love it today too.
MM5 W: Pretty cool I love the beat.
MM6 MX: I thought this one was going to be EPIC, especially following MM5's first castle theme. But I was a bit disappointed by this one... Still good though.
MM6 W: I was disappointed of this one. Too slow. It fits for one of the last stages but not the whole castle. It's a great "sad" song. But to me, it only made the Wily Castle's stage more bland. : P

Wily 2 - 7:07 the drum beats just kick in, and its killer
Wily 3 - the beat is faster, the pace is quicker, you get the feeling wily is close! the best part of the song 8:46 and then right at 8:58, just...too killer for words.
The Mister X stage music (starting at 2:54) is kingly. I listened to it about 20 times on its own the other day. I had to stop there because I was afraid I'd get tired of it, but I think I could've heard it all day and not cared. I just wish I could put it on a comtinuous loop with no interruptions.

MM6 Wily: Pretty good, but like MM5 Wily, it sounds like someone's losing their prime, only this time, it's Wily who's going down. As such, it's very fitting since he gets jailed when you beat the game.
MM7 WilyA: I happen to like this theme. The castle should've been on the Moon.
MM6 was the worst out of 8-bit Megaman-games, Still I think it's better than 7 and 8, or MM&B. There's just something about those three that annoys me when playing, and I usually just stop after defeating most of the RM's. With the first six I play them through on one sitting without getting bored..
It pisses me off to read how many people praises MM2 and 3 and hate everything that came afterwards just as if there were no room for any improvement from there upon.
BTW, rather than saying "the worst" I'd say "the one I like less" or something. I share your annoyance though...
Yeah, those two (MM2 especially) are like FF VII to Final Fantasy-series. Way overrated. They are cool and all, but not the best in the series. There were great games after those too.

The problem coming with MM2 and MM3 is because they have an easy gameplay and is not complicated (Well, IMO).
For the music, its just that some *idiots* players got the idea of having the same style all the time and when something new appears, they barely praise it. Old school players tend to do this while new players do the reverse.
Oh and MM4 FTW! And MM8 is my third favourite (Japanese, not the annoying US)

Megaman 7 was OK. Couple of nice robot masters (Springman, Shademan and Slashman), couple of nice themes and the hardest Wily battle in Megaman history (well, can't really compare to 9 but Wily 7 beats everything between 1-8).
megaman 6 wily has a feeling that your making a big come back in this game, like in super metroid in the mother brian fight when you get rainbow beam and blow its ass off
Thirded. I don't get why people hate it. o.O It's on my Rockman Megamix playlist, and I enjoy it. It had an awesome beginning, and it SLOWLY kicked in. A very good theme, if you ask me.

Ooh! I LOVE the Protoman stage theme! God, its' great. truly one of my favorites! I love the Wily Stages in Megaman 2 also! They're so great! Overall, Megaman 2 and Megaman 9 I think have the best musics.

Darkman: Epic, and... Uh... That's it.
Wily 5: Much better than Darkman. Almost as good as Cossack 1.
Mr. X: Kinda sad. Doesn't really fit the stages.
Wily 6: Don't like this one either. And it's too bad, considering it's my favorite game in the series.
Wily 7-1: When I think "Wily 1", I think "Ridiculous, fast-paced, action packed song". This does not fit my description.
Wily 7-2: Meh, better than the first, but not by much.

MM5 Protoman: Probably my favourite out of all Mega Man castle themes. It just plain owns.
MM5 Wily: Awesomeness
MM6 X: This one's cool, but not as good as the ones above.
MM6 Wily: Worth listening to for sure.

MM6-Mr.X: Good theme, definitely feels like your about to reach the game's finale.
MM6-Wily: Decent..no...kinda good last stage theme, not the best, but still worth it.
MM7-Wily1: Seems a little over dramatic, being that it comes off a bit too strong and should be toned down if remixed.
MM7-WIly2: Reminds of a tune out of the old Wolfenstein games, quite enjoyable.

1.- happy and sad at the same time
2.- too good to be just a level theme
3.- it's fitting to an introduction level
4.- sad, evil, final battle, last ''e-can'', no more ammo, you will die (that's how i feel the song)
5.- too good, sadly underrated
6.- as good as MM2 1st wily theme
7.- sounds more like a race, fits more with Turboman
8.- same of above, but it's the final lap

MM/ was good. Graphics were good, the music too. Even the "dig for powerups" thing.
But the speed of gameplay and size of Megaman towards the screen area really sucked.
If I were to bet, I'd probably say you think MM6 is terrible. Am I right?
