It is a great protocol, the spinal decompression takes care of the disc herniations and the powerplate combined with certain movements helps to strengthen core muscles that are usually weak in most patients with chronic low back pain and herniated discs.
Interesting, I have known of vibrational training for sometime for strenthening core muscles but assumed it wasn't a wise move whilst my disc (at L4) was narrow and could agrovate that area of the spine.
