I've got a friend who lives in the UK and he bought the game from the PlayStation store, you could also buy it from eBay (just make sure you get a PAL version).

To answer your question, yes, this game is awesome. Its just as good as the previous SOCOMs, if not a ton better. Yes, there are some technical problems, and bugs, BUT SlantSix is actually fixing the issues.

best shooter game ever??? are you serious have you ever played any other socom game? Combined Assault is way better than COD4. Do not get me wrong it is a good game. But best shooter?? Not at all the aiming is terrible and so is sniping. I would even say that Rainbow Six: Vegas 2 is better than COD4. And I hope the real Confrontation Game is way better than the beta. Very big dissapointment here too.

There is no such thing as SOCOM 4. This is SOCOM: Confrontation. Zipper is working on a different game called MAG(Massive Action Game).
