the result is angelic indeed. I try to think about that when I see the variety of people in the world. Each of us alone is nothing too extraordinary, but united in faith and serving God we can do amazing and angelic things. Here's to all of my brothers and sisters out their. God loves us all - lets get together. brad
I think it was 2004 General Conference but I do not remember and can't find it on google. Thanks for your post.
I listen to and watch this video several times each month. It reminds me of all that is beautiful in the world and fills me with a knowledge of God's love for all of His children. None of these children are likely musicians capable of soloing. In fact, I doubt that most of them even read music. And yet, when their faith and voices are combined in a pure and singular purpose ...
What a wonderful video of the children singing. You can hear the excitement and love for the Savior in their voices. I miss leading the children's singing in our own ward... (PS. When was this recorded?)
Those wishing to represent Christ should firstly be Christlike don't you think? The dictionary reads that the term Christian, describes "all that is noble, and good, and Christlike."Jesus Christ is our Saviour and he never criticized anyone. I believe in Christ, he is my king! With all my heart to him I'll sing. I'll raise my voice in praise and joy. My grand amens my tongue employ. Let these little kids sing their song people.

Wow, what's with all the hate posted under this video? After listening to something as pretty and angelic as this, you have the nerve and the insensitivity to post these things? If this isn't a song from a Christian church, then I don't know what is.

The members who belong to the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day saints, are Christians. Christian comes from the word Christ. The doctrines of the Gospel of Jesus Christ, teach us to love one another, to forgive one another, and to show respect to others. Is there something wrong with that doctrine? If you have a problem with that, then YOU must not be a Christian.
@joleena123 I don't have any problem with the teaching that we are to love one another. We are also not to lie, and it would be a lie to say that the LDS church is founded on Christian beliefs. It is not a Christian church.
In response to strange3141: I respect that you have your beliefs as well as your views of the LDS Religion, of which I am a member. I just need to say that the Jesus we teach about and worship is our Savior, the Son of God, and loves each of us individually as does His(and our)Father. We follow a prophet who, as in the Bible, is guided by God. Joseph Smith was a prophet and the Book of Mormon is true, so is the Bible but there are translation errors. Families CAN be forever if we follow God.
But it is sad that they are being raised by LDS doctrine; The Mormon cult is not 'Christian' because they teach a different 'Jesus'! They also teach that before God was God, he was just a man. They teach Jesus and Lucifier were spirit brothers. They teach women who go to heaven get pregnant again and again eternally. They teach many other false doctrines. They believe Book of Mormon = 100% truth and perfection, & Christian Bible has many errors.
Let me set the record straight for you...there is no different Jesus. That is just some nonsense that non-LDS have come up with the defame our Church. The quote you're referring to has scriptural background--you'll remember that Jesus said He could do nothing but what He had seen His Father do. (John 5:19) How could that happen unless the Father had been a Savior as well? Lucifer, Son of the Morning, was a spirit brother to all, including Christ, who is our elder brother.
Continuing...Why else would Lucifer be in Heaven and need to be cast out unless he was a spirit child of God who was in open rebellion? And yes, we believe the Book of Mormon to be the word of God 100% b/c it was translated by a prophet of God who was inspired by God. Constantine and his cronies were NOT prophets, which is who gave us the current version of the Bible. When the original manuscripts were translated, they were done by uninspired men. Thus, it contains errors.
Lastly my brother, these are not false doctrines, nor are any of the doctrines taught by The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints. I suggest you search out Elder Holland's witness of the truthfulness of the Book of Mormon. I add my testimony to his. It is all true. And again, I reiterate what our Church counsels all to do wrt our beliefs. Ask God in prayer, in the name of Christ, if these things are true. The truly sincere will be answered by the Holy Ghost to know.

Next, why do you call me brother? We are neither biological brothers nor spiritual brothers. The Jesus you claim to know is not the Jesus of the Bible. The same is true for your 'god'. The God of the Bible was never human-like nor non-Deity. The Jesus of the Bible was never a spirit brother of Lucifer. You believe Satanic heresies.
