  • I like the English version better. This French dudes voice sounds like he is a heavy-smoker who is taking the worlds biggest dump?

This is Dennis's best album hands down!

  • Just purchased the CD. I feel its DDY's best solo effort, and yes it sounds alot like Styx. My only question is: WHERE HAS THIS BEEN - THIS IS THE STUFF! I think TS would say in a private moment that this is the Dennis he would like to work with.

  • True masterpiece of work, Dennis is off the charts. I only wish that there will one day be a truce among former band members. If this ever happens they should concider adding a supportive orchestra. The world will then turn a major new corner and see a band it has never witnessed before in our life time, a new band called STYX!

  • I agree! But keep Larry as well as that would be classy and styx would really be a true monster!

  • I'll always respect DDY - even though I find him pretty cabaret these days. Still love "Castle Walls", "Pieces of Eight", "Suite Madame Blue", "Loreli", "Lady", and "Queen of Spades".

  • I hate the other singer. Put Tommy in his place, with Tommy and JY on harmonies, and you have a great Styx tune.

  • Arrangements, guitars (solos, acoustic, etc.) engeneering was done by Stephane Dufour (Eric Lapointe's ex. producer, composer and guitar player...)

  • jai chante ca a lharmonie avec rachel!!

  • Hell! I live in the freaken US and i think this song is great! I saw him do this one live at the rib america fest in indiana. Dennis, at 61, you still rock man!!!

  • jadore!

  • ckoi energie chom and even hits plays it

  • This ended up hitting Number 1 in Quebec

  • It better stay up there. This song is amazing.

  • Today was the day this came out! Well, in Canada, i can't wait for mine to come in! :)

  • merciiiiiiiii thankssss

  • Deux magnifique voix mise ensemble

  • I like this tune.. Is hear it at the radio everyday because i'm from Montréal!

  • Yeah, Dennis DeYoung and Eric Lapointe, dreams truly com true :)

  • Wow... Who does the other vocals for this song? The song is great and the difference of vocal styles is incredible. It almost sond like he's singing with Lemmy from Motorhead! Keep this up, DDY! This is good!

  • It's Éric Lapointe, a rock singer from Québec

  • ckoi play it too

    GOOOD song:)

  • Hmmm... Dennis is one of my musical heroes and he's got so much brilliance in him. I've been hoping he would get a little retro and do something a bit more Styx-like and I think that's what he's doing. This one, musically is fantastic, but lyrically and vocally it's a little awkward.

Great guitar work and it was fun to hear Dennis hit that high note toward the end.

  • Is CHOM really the only radio station playing the song? I mean, I know Lapointe is from Quebec and Dennis DeYoung loves Montreal, but are we the only ones who hear it on the radio?

  • um actually in québec this song is really popular and you can hear it on many radio station

  • CKOI plays it too.

  • Dennis has an amazing voice. It is unfortunate that Styx's heyday was so short (1975-1984). Dennis, Tommy, JY, Chuck and John were the best together. Dennis now tries to sing Styx's rock songs like broadway tunes. This new song sounds also like a broadway song, with rock music. Tommy also did not have a great solo career. Anyway, it would be great to hear music like what was on Grand Illusion.
