In 2008, thousands of American military ballots will arrive after the election, or not at all. Under Secretary of Defense David Chu, is best known for his chronic failure to return phone calls. In an election year, these men and women deprived of their right to vote are the least of politicians' worries. The least we can do is ensure that they enjoy the same rights they are asked to die for!
