So according to these accountants, the profit and surplus isn't really a profit or a surplus that could be used to offset debt because of a court order LOL ok. These people are clearly evading and hiding things, talking up legalistic smoke and mirrors. The funds are in surplus --period. And they're not being used to alleviate budgetary deficits or to alleviate tax burdens whatsoever. Look at their body and language and faces.

Governmental accounting is alot like the fact that all our courts are corporate yet they act as neutral

deciders of law with a profit motive ? Courts who are fair and balanced when they are charging you with a crime to which you must pay a fine, yet they are driven by profit ? If you will look for him or her there is most likely a judge who is also the CEO ? In doing this they trample the Constitution and state laws trying to steal you money. Check you Code of Criminal Procedure and see yourself

Nope, just a private citizen working hard to make a living wishing I could enjoy my life instead of having to keep an eye on elected officials. I called the State Auditor's office and made an appointment. They agreed to being filmed "so I wouldn't misquote anything when going over my findings with my State Representative." did she say there might be other unknown liabilities that aren't included in the states CAFR? Reminds me of the musical number in Chicago and the old soft shoe. The CAFR is supposed to be current when published. Is there accounting system slow or what. Just another dance being done by people who are in on the fix.
