Geesh what posts... mines not better though... singers are a dime a dozen. You do have to set yourself apart. I gave up- similar prob. need to control your vibrato,,, love your deep rich tones. Focus on that and find something for your style- don't try to make it fit others!

Amazing she pulled that note so clearly and nicely. I love the way her voice has grown from the one she sings "My Immortal". There is nothing wrong with doing covers. If that is where your heart is and is where you draw your inspiration comes from then so be it. Me myself I have a good friend of mine who owns his own Karaoke business and he does have KoRn in is collection as well as Marilyn Manson and I do sing those quite frequently. Maybe you'll even produce a Cd entirely of covers.
