Hey, i have a Iphone 2g with 2.2.1 and folowed everything exactly. But when i put a different sim card in it comes up with a message connect to itunes and when i do it says not eligable sim. Any help will be much apreciated, thanks

make sure you get all need items in the some folder try to tick the unlock option when you are in that point.

have a sim card and also if you did upgrade your itunes to 8.2 latest that is another reason if you did so please uninstall the itunes completely from your system and then install the older version of itunes. good luck

watch the video properly specially in that moment I am pretty sure you won't have a problem.

haha okay so i figured out the last thing i was asking about

but now when i plug in my tmobile sim card i get the different sim card connected icon, and it says please plug into itunes, but in the upper corner i can see the tmobile sign and the bars for service, what did i do wrong??? ahh please help

Ok this time try to do the same but leave your t-mobile sim card in do not take it off because sometimes it won't work when you jailbreak and unlock your iphone.

It does not mean you have break the contract and if you are under the contract with your provider you have stay till your comtract is finished but still you can unlock it for future use good luck!!!

Ok you have to be connected to your router then start cydia there is 5 updates in cydia if you don't have them the cydia will not work pleas try to update your cydia 100% will work good luck.
