The plaintiff did all this out of spite. If she wanted to help anyone, she would've gotten the full story from her "best friend" her brother, AND the boyfriend before she started a huge fight. She really did start the problem. But, of course, the defendant can't prove the plaintiff started the fight, so, since the plaintiff's injuries were greater than that of the defendant's, the logical thing is to judge for the plaintiff.
