Ok... the man was hurt and had a cut to his FACE along with a possible head injury. The government was able to help him out with minimal cost. This is somehow wrong? Senseless sarcasim on a topic that the creators obviously didn't fully understand.
And this is together with the "invest in Belgium" ads on CNN nice propaganda work. There are still a lot of holes in the system and sometimes social security doesn't repay needed drugs or treatment.

even people with almost no money at all can visit a doctor or get medication for 1 Euro in a University Hospital ;)
