  • Hello, this physician is skilled. Big ups from Latvia.

  • where did her bellybutton go

    ?

  • Hot doc!

  • I had an ECV today and it was just fine. No crazy discomfort or pain at all. The only drug I had was the one to relax the uterus (can't remember the name just now). I only hope that the baby doesn't decide that he likes the previous position better, and turns around. If so - I'm gonna just have to have a breech birth :/

  • I had one done yesterday. I read everything there is to read about it and watched videos from various hospitals and midwife practices. I ignored people who said it was very painful and there I was in a good mood looking forward to it. He tried once and our Max turned halfway, then the doctor let go to give me a break and Max immediately turned back. So he tried again 3 more times without letting go anymore to prevent him from turning back. It was agonsingly painful

  • I wish more doctors would offer ECVs. The only reason I even knew about them was because my sister attempted one and could not complete it due to the pain. My son was breech at 38 weeks and I had to fight to get my doctor to even TRY an ECV. It took less than 40 seconds, was completely painless (though I did lose my breath a few times just from pressure) and 100% successful and I delivered naturally three weeks later. No epidural.

    Bless you for offering them!

  • I know a lot of women who have had this and have said it was not painful and only a little uncomfortable. If my little one is still breech in a week I will be getting one done, and I wouldn't even be getting an epi in labor so -shrug-

  • could you post a video of a typical full prenatal visit because i am 4 weeks pregnant and would like to know what is in store for me?

  • GREAT music

  • I had a very easy "version" done at 38 weeks. Thanks for posting this video showing how simple it can be...I know so many women who have opted for a c-section without even trying the ECV because of all the horror stories on the internet. I had a little discomfort (nothing compared to what I imagine recovering from a c-section would be though) and I didn't get an epidural or any other pain medication. It was definitely worth it for us!

  • i would never do this my baby is breech im 31 weeks and i kinda hope he stays this way cuz i do want a c section i have my reasons dont give crap what people think its just something i prefer

  • @jesscuh87 I hope you don't feel this way because you have trauma about a previous birth, or because you don't think you can handle delivering vaginally (because you can!). Have you done all of the research on the risks of c sections? It's major surgery, and more dangerous for both you and the baby. If you've educated yourself, and you're not acting out of fear or self doubt, then no one should challenge your decision. It's your body. Good luck and congratulations!

  • Hi! Is single cord turn arround the baby´s neck and absolute contraindication for this procedure? I´ve read two revisions that said opposite things.

    Thanks in advance.

    Cecilia Santos, RN. Argentina

  • @ceciliasp I think it depends where the cord goes. If I see it at the back of the neck and it's just sitting there but not looped around then I think it's OK. If the loop goes all the way down both sides, then I wouldn't do it.

  • She must've had an Epidural, I've heard it's really painful. I had one done with my second baby, and my dr. did give me an epidural first. The only point it got uncomfortable was when the baby was squished up against my diaphragm. the version was successful, and the dr. immediately broke my water and started pitocin. I delivered her 12 hours later with no c-section, and she was healthy. It's not for everyone, but it worked just fine for me.

  • @UTMomof4 I never have used an epidural.

  • @UTMomof4 I was thinking the same exact thing - she must have had an epidural! Amazing that you said you never use them, Dr. Tucker! When I had ECV (successful, all praise be to God) it was VERY painful, although quick.

    Thanks for the video.

  • @UTMomof4

I had one today with out an epidural. It took two people to turn my son. I can honestly say it was unpleasant but not painfully. They figure my son is at 9 lbs 8 oz, and I am 38 weeks along. He never would have been able to go head down on his own. His head was off to my side between my ribs and my hip. I felt the top of his head graze my hip bone as the swung him around and into my pelvic cavity. It's been over 12 hours and he appears to be staying. I am so happy!

  • @UTMomof4 nope i had it done too it aint the painful just like a harsh period cramp no need to the ep!

  • i dont know from where you get this data that is so safe procedure but its considered risky and kind of controversial among doctors thats its not worthy even this risk and i must be defininietely performed by experianced doctor...and about 40 % success but its quite painfull and stressfull...many doctors in europe are strongly against it...so please be more honest and dont try to make from it totally safe procedure like for example diagnostic ultrasound or something like this...

  • @smoky19851985 If you want to read the information and medical literature that supports its safety, type 'ecv green top' into google and read the first link (youtube won't let me post a url here). Of course it must be performed by an experienced doctor.

  • There is NO way that she didn't have some type of epidural or spinal. She was way too calm & didn't wince EVEN ONCE. I went through this & got the baby turned 180 degrees and I couldn't take it anymore. I had trebutelyne (sp) to relax the uterus....needless to say, I had bad bruising & was sore for a week. I am at 40 weeks this week & I am going to get an epidural to turn the baby or to have a c-section. This is per my dr.'s recommendation.

  • @tweetsmommy Sorry, but she did not have an epidural - I've never done it with one. I do agree that for some women their uterus is too tender to do an ECV so I can see that it might be helpful in that situation, but there aren't many that can't tolerate an attempt in my experience.

  • Wow...that was great!

I want him to do my ECV! :)

  • Thankyou so much for this. I'm at 36 weeks and my baby is currently breech - I would obviously far prefer ECV and natural birth to a C-section. I will be speaking to my consultant on Friday and feel much happier now I know this is a pretty un-alarming looking procedure. And for what it's worth the choice of music works.. it's hard to be alarmed when you're listening to that track!

  • @gnomentum I had an ECV at 37 weeks in 2006. It was very very painful and unsuccessful. I was determined to have a natural birth hence I agreed to the ECV, but I very much regret it now and would not recommend it to anyone. 4 days after the procedure my waters broke, and I was bleeding. I had an emergency C Section 4 hours later. The bleeding was due to an abrupted placenta. The Dr who did the ECV did not gently manipulate as in the video, but dug his fingers into my stomach.

  • @gjscott1000 I believe the ECV caused the Abrupted Placenta. My baby was a 'Footling Breech' which I found out later does not make for a successful ECV. I can see that ECV is successful for many people, but I would say don't feel pressurised into it if you are not 100% sure, and make sure your Dr knows what he/she is doing!! I had read about the risks and never expected it would happen to me, but I do believe it was due to the poor skills of the Dr & my baby was in the wrong position for it

  • @gjscott1000 My ECV was scheduled for last wednesday and happily, the baby had already turned. I'm so sorry yours was traumatic.. I guess like with anything else there are good doctors and bad. I hope you and your baby are fully recovered from the experience now.

  • My wife just had this done today. She is 37 weeks. Dr had baby in vertex position in less than a minute. Went perfectly. Protocol is to monitor baby heartbeat for 30 minutes in hospital after it is done. My wife said it was an awkward feeling but not painful. After not sleeping for 2 nights worried about this procedure, I am glad we did it and pleasantly surprised how easy it was. Good luck to all.

  • I have an ECV scheduled for next week. My baby is breech but I'm hoping he'll turn before the ECV. It was nice to find this video so that I know what to expect during the procedure.

  • My son was breech. For me it was painful. Later that night he flipped again, I decided that I would hope he would flip again or happily have a c-section. I didn't know what c-section recovery would feel like but I sure knew was a version felt like and I wasn't going to do that again. My version was done by my midwife and a Dr. He flipped again before I went into labor thank goodness and at 22 inches long I have no idea how he found the room.

  • @rdoonan thanks....hopefully I'll be just as lucky not to need one. My doc is worried that by the time I come in for one, the baby will be too big and it may not be successful.

  • @nickyworth25 like, man I think this might be it. So I go to the hospital at 12 am and was just expecting to get sent home, But I was already dialated to a 4! Everything moved pretty quick after that, got a epidural (That the crappy doc had to do 3 times, I was screaming because he was hitting nerves and I dont scream from contractions/pain!) They checked me 2 times after I got there and the last time the nurse checked me she was just about to call the doc to break my water but it just ruptured

  • @nickyworth25 She said no so I went home all bummed out Lol. Woke up at 6 am the next morning just not feeling right (wasnt sure what natural onset of labor felt like since I had a induction the first time around). So I got up and did my normal routine and the contractions were probably like every 10-15 min from 6 am to 5 pm then at 5 pm they started getting anywhere from 5 to 13 min apart (so I was like, these are just braxton hicks). Then at 10 pm they started getting like every 3 and I was

  • @nickyworth25 No I didnt, I was laying in bed with my netbook on my stomach like 6 days before I was scheduled to go in to get that done and I felt a huge flip or movement and I was like.... Gee I think she might have flipped...but I wasnt sure. So I went in the day of the procedure and they always do a ultrasound first and she had flipped already. I was almost bummed out because if she would have needed to be flipped I would have had her that day Lol. I even asked my doctor to just induce me.

  • I am 35 weeks and my baby is still breeched. My doctor told me to try laying my chest on a pile of pillows while on my hands and knees with my buttocks in the air to try to give the baby room to move away from the pelvis and turn. They said if it doesn't work they will schedule an ECV in 2 weeks if still no success. I must admit I'm nervous because I've already had 2 vaginal births with no problems. This video made me feel more confident about the procedure. Thanks!

  • how do you do this just with your hands? How do you know what your feeling, how does one learn to do this??

  • thanks for sharing this video I am a nursing student and we discussed this in class. was awsome to see. J

  • @catherineriggio No problems :)

  • I don't want to do this. I'm too scared. I know they want to cut down on the amount of csections but I dunno what to do.

  • Going in for our external version in about 2 hours and have watched this video several times in anticipation. :D I'll be thinking of snazzy music during my procedure to stay calm and relaxed. Thanks for sharing!

  • @slestie how was your ECV....did it work? I may have to have one in 2 weeks and I am extremely nervous.

  • Thank you very much for posting this video. I'm a medical student just beginning my obstestrics rotation, and videos like this one contribute greatly to my learning. All the best.

  • My son had to be turned... They put an IV in my arm, just in case I needed anything, but I did not. I just simply 'found a happy place' and went there in my mind. :-) It was uncomfortable, but not painful. It felt the weirdest when my son was at the 'sideway's point of the turning. He was a big baby (9.6 lbs) so it took two doctors to turn him. (Well, I think that's the reason it took two doctors.)

  • Did this patient have an epidural for her ECV?? She seemed very comfortable, but I have heard that the procedure is quite painful.

I am getting one next week when I am 37 weeks so they are not planning to deliver the baby unless we have a complication with the version. ( I have slightly low fluid so they want to do it sooner than later ). I just want to know what to expect as far as pain goes...

    Thanks!

  • @casonswife No, I never do it with an epidural. Some people feel no discomfort, others find it a bit uncomfortable and a few are too tender to be able to do it at all. I think it depends on how sore your womb is to start with (i.e. when midwives/doctors prod & poke!)

  • @casonswife It is sooooooooooooooooo painful! I cried, sceamd, and i would never do it again!!!

  • you took the pain very well I had a successful EVC yesterday and the pain was bad..I still feel a lil sore from it but at least it worked..hopefully she stays in place!

    Thank you for sharing!

  • Thank you for posting this! I had a version today for our transverse baby and I watched this video to help me know what to expect. The positive tone of the video helped me to go in with a positive attitude. Happily, my baby spun with no distress. Hopefully he will stay!

  • It doesn't hurt the baby???

  • AWESOME!! I am a medical student and learned ECV only in theory. It's nice to see the practical version of it. Thank you for posting this video!!

  • Just watching the video makes me anxious lol. I had an unsuccessful ECV back in Nov of '07. I wasn't expecting it to be bad b/c I have a pretty high pain tolerance but oh my! I was surprised to say the least! It was my first baby though and I didn't have a ton of fluid to begin with.

Oh well. Planning on being a surrogate in the next year. Hopefully will vbac then since someone else's baby wont inherit any stubbornness from me like my son did haha.

  • COOL! i never knew this could be done!

  • EEEEEEEE!!!! I have to go and have an ECV on Monday and I was very nervous but that didn't look painful or anything at all!! So I'm happy happy happy now!!!! :)

  • HI Dr T,

I think you should post a regular prenatal visit video to let us know what everything is done for

  • Thank-you, I have been having moxibustion for about 2 weeks with acupuncture to point B67, and the baby has definitely been trying to turn. I'm not sure if it has run out of room now! Will get drinking the H2O and get the iced bum in the air. I'm booked for the second ECV/poss c section on Monday so will see if I can get a chiropractor appt tomorrow. Anything is worth a try.

  • Comment removed

  • @nat3310 an acupuncturist can do moxibustion on a specific point (B 67) which is guaranteed to turn the baby unless there is some physical reason it can not turn. Some chiropractors can manipulate the body in a way that should help the baby to turn. Call around and try both methods. Drink tons of water, lie with feet above head to give baby more room to move. Apply cold pac to belly at babies bottom to pursued movement. Also ask your baby to rotate, they sometimes listen! Good luck!

  • Hi Dr T,

I am 38 weeks and my Dr attempted an ECV earlier this week without success. they gave me the option of having a second attempt next week (will be 39 weeks) and if unsuccessful going to C section at that time. My baby is in the extended breech position and my Midwife felt that this makes the ECV more difficult. Is this the case or have we attempted it too late in the pregnancy? Do you think it's worth trying again next week or is there just too little room left now? thanks, R

  • @Ladyslat - extended position is less likely to be successful than flexed, but I don't think I could comment on the specifics of whether it will work for you or not. Trust your doctor. BW's.

  • Comment removed

  • @Ladyslat @Ladyslat Hi my wife just turned our baby in an ECV at Davis Hospital in California 7 hours ago, she is over 39 weeks, they usually don't attempt that late but she has a lot of amniotic fluid left, this is her first child but the baby turned right away. We had been trying to turn for days before this but without luck, we understand the challenges you are experiencing and hope for the best for you, and offer this story if possibly it brings some hope.

  • hi there, I was wondering if there is any way of turning a breech baby without ECV as I have had a previous C section, I had a VBAC second birth and would like to avoid another section, in the UK they say that ECV cannot be done to a woman who has had a previous section so what are the options?

  • @nat3310 - It's not true that it cannot be done. The UK guidelines state that previous CS is a 'relative contraindicaiton' which means that you have to weigh up pros/cons depending on individual circumstances. That is how I approach it, and if the woman is keen, all other features are reassuring in terms of likely scar integrity, ECV and VBAC success then I'd have a gentle attempt.

  • @nat3310 YouTube won't let me post a link for some reason. To see the guideline, google 'ecv rcog green top' and it's the first result. Rgds, Danny

  • Wow. That is amazing. Perfect job I must say. I am watching a tegrity for OB/PEDS/Families and I was wanting to see an External version. Often times mothers are drugged with Brethine, Demoral, and Versed during the procedure. I could see why. Amazing. And the Doctor assess the baby with the ultrasound to confirm the vertex presentation. Didn't see a FHR monitor though. Thumbs up. I hope the pregnancy went well.

  • I'm 33 weeks pregnant now,im searching for breech home birth just incase i give birth the same...then i found your video..am amazed..on my last 3d ultrasound when i was 28 weeks it says the baby is on cephalic presentation..does the baby change into breech even on 28 weeks already?hope u can answer my question..it will be a big help for me coz am thinking too much if i will give birth my son in cephalic or breech position..great vid :) i really love it :)

  • @angeliqueblake Babies can move around between 28-34 weeks or even after that sometimes. I think if baby is not head-first by 34-35 weeks then you need to start thinking/planning what you're going to do next.

  • @mylovelybabybump shit does hurt, i had one done but it didn't work cause my baby's leg wwas jammed in my cervix. and still ended up havin a c-section. but she make it look so easy it's not.i had mines done in the c-section room where as she's in a normal room and lots of nurses to comfort me and my midwives. thx to dem. but it was worth trying tho. my baby is 6 weeks 2day.

  • Howdy Doc, thanks for the vid. I'm studying for boards and a practice question came up on this, weather or not to do an ECV or an ICV. After getting the question wrong, and looking at your video, I am amazed. I had no idea this procedure fixes the babies breach position in such short time!

Cheers to the woman & your practice/service to them.

  • hello,

i am currently 36 weeks 3 days along, and my baby is breech feet down with head to the side. my dr performed an interal exam yesterday and she said she had felt his toes. now they did book me in for a ultrasound at the hospital and said they would try to turn him. would it be possible with my situation to turn the baby?

  • @bungalungas Sorry, but I can't give specific advice. Good luck - hope the u/s confirmed an ECV could be done safely.

  • im a final year medical student in india and i have a question for u sir. is it necessary to check the FHR after bringing the fetus into a transverse lie before proceeding to complete the cephalic version?

  • @matthewthammu: as per previous responses, I don't think you need to check half way through if it is all going well and is quick. Sure if the ECV is prolonged then I check half way through.

  • Thanks for this video, very informative from a medical student perspective! never seen one ... must be the greatest feeling when it become cephalic again :-) !

  • wow

  • I'm 36 weeks with a breech baby my doctor hasn't offered this procedure how can I find one that does ECV, here in the United States. Please help.

  • i don't even understand how this woman is looking so stoic.

just got home from my failed version attempt at the hospital. most painful experience of my life. i heard from other women it was bad, but watched this video and thought....'hmmmm they were wimps... i'll just breathe through it".... bullshit! it was awful. i was holding onto the bed and my husbands hand with every once of energy i could....trying to breathe..trying to relax... it was terrible... the doctors hands were gauging into my

  • can this hurt the baby?

  • Ui, that's scary. I am pregnant now and I feel so bad when someone touches my belly.

    Does it hurt? :o

  • As a midwifery student in the UK I am using this video to reassure my women that ECV isn't as terrifying as all their 'friends' and the unreliable websites on the internet make it out to be. I think it helps more than just my experiences of witnessing ECV being carried out.

Thank you for such a great video.

  • i wish u were here in the philippines..some of the pregnant women are suferring for that problem...God Bless u..and u are amazing...

  • Thanks to Doc Tucker, our baby is head down now, has stayed that way and is ready for action, and the procedure was even less intrusive and uncomfortable than shown in this video - four minutes to achieve a renewed sense that all can proceed naturally, and I'm a first time mum. Thanks Dr Tucker, we're rapt!

  • No problems Terese & good luck with the birth :-)

  • That's brilliant! Thank you for sharing :-)

  • This doesn't look like it could feel very good... she is either tough or it's not as bad as it looks. I don't have that much give in my tummy. Little baby maybe.

  • I had and ECV done at 37 weeks in 2003. At least they attempted one, it failed. The pain was excruciating and the baby refused to budge, so they gave up. Two weeks later I went into labour on the day of my scheduled caesarean, and she was born naturally and feet first. It can be done!

  • I'm going to have this done next week Wednesday.I'll be 36 weeks 5 days. Hope it works cause I really can't stand the thought of being cut.

  • Only contradicted patient with previous cesarean birth, cephalopelvic disproportion, placenta previa, multifetal gestation and oligohydramnios(absence of amniotic fluid)

  • wow.. its a mirracle..

  • My Daughter gave birth today today by C-Section

The reason the Baby would not turn was he is a big boy

    10 lbs 5 ounces.

My Daughters weight before pregency was 115 lbs..She was a very fit young lady

My Grandson was breastfeeding 2 hours after being born.

Mom and Baby are Happy, Very Healthy and going GREAT

    Thanks

    Cheers

  • Good to hear it all turned out well for them both. The best way of giving birth is the one that is right for that woman and her baby in her situation. Enjoy the new addition to the family :-)

  • I had an ECV done at 37 weeks and it didn't work. It was the most painful thing I've experienced, and this woman seems to be unaffected by it!! I'm so happy it worked for her!!

  • I'm 36 weeks, my doctor and her partner tried to maneuver my baby this way... but it failed... I had an ultrasound and discovered the amniotic fluid is low.. so I'm drinking 8 or more glasses of water a day to try to get baby to flip head down.

  • Drinking water if the fluid is low can increase it if you're dehydrated and there's no doubt that the baby needs a good pool to swim in if s/he's going to do a somersault. Good luck.

  • @drdtucker thankyou

  • I was always of the understanding that this potentially risky procedure must be done while continuously monitoring baby's heart beat during the entire time. He wasn't.

  • frumlady - please see my comment below. Respectfully, that is incorrect. It isn't necessary to continuously visualise or monitor the heart beat throughout the entire time of the ECV.

  • thanks for the video. I'm studying maternal nursing right now, and this helped a lot!

  • I never needed a External cephalic version (ECV) at all. To turn my baby who was breech up until about a month or so before her rapid birth.

  • My 3rd baby was breech at 33 weeks she did not turn herself until my 1st daughters 5th birthday on June 25th 2008. I felt her drop down that day and could barely walk when I went into the school to pick up my daughter. On July 22nd 2008 my 3rd born was born rapidly head 1st with no AROM and 9/9 apgars. 7 pound 13 oz. My 1st born daughter was 7 pound 1 oz born rapidly head 1st with AROM. And was sick. 2nd born was a boy & had his cord wrapped around his neck twice during pushing stages, healthy

  • I am having this done today. Thanks for showing what it involves - feel much more reassured now.

  • What sort of risks to the mother/fetus does an ECV have?

  • Nice work Doc!! :) This video is great. I have been worrying myself sick for the last couple of days because my baby keeps moving back and forth from headdown to breech/tranverse postion at 31 weeks. My doctor says not to worry, there is still time for her/him to move to head down, but i still worry. My worst fear is c-section.

  • I'm getting this done on 19th Jan - so thanks for the advice about keeping relaxed and breathing well.

As I'm a first time mum, there's only a 50% chance that it will work.

  • Wow! Thanks so much for posting this! I hope I don't need this but if I do I certainly hope they are as gentle and skilled as you! Very impressed! :)

  • Thanks for your comment MrChubs1. The baby had a reassuring ultrasound and heart rate monitoring immediately before starting. It isn't possible or necessary to monitor the baby during the 90 seconds of the actual ECV. If a prolonged try or second attempt was done then I'd have stopped and checked the heart beat. Many changes in the heartbeat during the procedure are transient anyway and return to normal without need for urgent delivery.

  • wow, that is really cool

  • I don't see any baby monitoring going on in this video. That's disturbing.

  • I had a successful ECV with my most recent little guy who was a frank breech (stinker turned back, and then flipped head down on his own a week later!) The doctor was great, and it was pretty cool to feel; I didn't find it painful, just a bit funny feeling. I found taking a deep breath as the doctor pushed in, then exhaling very slowly really helped; the more relaxed you are, the better. It was over really fast!

  • I'm scheduled for an external version in two days. I'm scared that it might not work... Thanks so much for sharing this video - gives me hope my baby will turn so I can give birth naturally =o)

  • wow good job! looks like i may have to do this ekk. hope i am as brave as her!!

  • Omg!! i have to have this du on wedesday...looks painful! :|

  • failed.. Now im booked for a C-section..

  • wuz t painful by any chance?? cuz i hav to get this dun.. ? x

  • THAK VERY HELPFUL!!!!!!!!!!!

  • Great Dr.. I gotta have this done tomora, IM SO SCARED.. But this vid has put me at ease.. Thnkz..

  • thats awsome!

  • how i wish ur my doctor...im on my 37weeks now..and still my baby is in his breech position..i think there`s no EVC in japan...gosh..my doctor just told me that,if ever he stays in this position,i can be in normal delivery if it is in frank breech..but if not,he will schedule me for CS..and i dont like cs..im afraid of it... :(

  • Thank you for posting this video. I was absolutely doubtful of the process, but this video gave me strength and hope. I had my ecv done today and our wee one has turned! Thank you again :)

  • I had this done about a week ago, now I realize my Dr. was obviously inexperienced. It hurt like hell and was no where near as gentle as this video shows.

  • I have to get this done next Tuesday - I hope my dr is as gentle as you! What is the wonderful jazz tune playing in the background? Thanks for posting.

  • The music is Nina Simone, My baby just cares for me.

  • I just want to thank you for posting this. I'm scheduled for an EVC and I am very nervous about what to expect. This really eased my mind alot.

  • that is so awesome dr tucker. My friend and i are both pregnant 4 weeks apart and since we were both in 5th month of preg our babies have been breech. in my last appointment my doc detected that my baby was now head down, unfortunately for my friend, her baby stayed head up. They scheduled her for a ECV and were unable to turn the baby. On Fri she is scheduled for a cesarean. My appointment is fri and i am so scared my baby may have turned around. Do you think that can be the case?

  • I think that once most babies get head down after 34 weeks they tend to stay that way. Of course there are exceptions, probably with very active babies and women who have less tense stomach muscles or uterine tone, e.g. after you've had a few children. Sounds promising for you :-)

  • i just came back from my 36th week appt and YES you were right, the baby is still head down....her bulging butt is off to my left side and her legs to my right...anterior position is ideal for delivery...and by the time i give birth, she'll turn right??? i forgot to ask my doc :(

  • My Daughter had a ECV done today and the baby did not turn,She is due in 2 weeks, and had planned on a home birth,,Now she will have to wait and see, If the Doctors decides next week, what to do.

Her baby is almost 8 lbs by shown on the ultra sound,My daughter is drinking lots of water, so we are baffled ,,,,,,

And praying that the wee one will drop on his own

  • baby is too big at this point and it is too late. But you never know. miracles do happen. tell your daughter to sit on knees with her head lower than her stomach so she's kinda drooping downwards for 15 mins twice a day. my baby was breech until week 33..i had my ultrasound and at 35 when i went into my apointment the baby was head down. unfortunately i had cesarean anyways cuz my water broke and no contractions for two days.

  • @maggiewalsh Put peppermint on her back and have her use an excerise ball and rock back and forth
