Can someone clear up this anime? There's a game called Gungrave I've been meaning to get where the premise is shoot everything to fucking hell and repeat. Is there any correlation to this anime? Then which is based off of which? P.S. I love how the guys calculator read 666.

The show is the story of 2 friends that join the mob, and the progression from their young adult hood till their later years, even after the main character is killed, Brandon Heat. You should definitely check it out. Its on netflix stream RIGHT NOW!

I loved this anime until they ruined it with all the monsters and bs it was the same in Beserk..the final episodes ruined the series for me...kinda what I hate about most anime...they have to add deamons, monsters and ridiculus bullshit to everything..it was still alright but could have been spectacular..

Um yeah, they had orgman in the very first episode and the first episode of berserk also had monsters and such in it as well. Of course the berserk anime is really good but doesn't compare to the manga.

Also Gungrave is still one of my favorites, I wish it would have been a little longer tho. Then again most of the best animes are fairly short.

Awesome AMV. The subtle parts of the song show the soft and sad parts of the tragic story line that is Gungrave. The hard rock parts show the action and battles of Brandon and his being ready to die at any moment. 5/5
