The size of the Wrappers can change depending on which computer you are using. When it's a balance rate, it's looks waaaaaaaaay better. Also, it's much more customizable. gh gh

In my own opinion the beta is more customizable, and just a much more easy utility. I believe it still has GIF backgrounds, as well.

YouTube spends millions of dollars hosting the giant website, and keeping all of the old channels consumes large amounts of bandwidth. If they kept them, the site would be down by next year. Stop complaining and just move along. :\

I dislike it, myself. The channel's player lags my terrible computer, but when life gives you lemons, you make lemonade.

I used to have my top favorite 9 videos on my front page, everything neat so I would keep needing to scroll down to a minimum.

.......... These new channels, I can't organize them at all.

I now have to scroll down constantly just to find bideos, I prefer flipping through pages with a whole bunch of channels in grid view.

These new channels, are awful.

It'll take me forever to find things now.

Jeez. I don't see why everyone's all butt-hurt over the new layout. half the time when you're on youtube, last time I checked, you're watching videos, not gawking at someone's (or your own) youtube page.

And if you are, its more convenient, because you can just watch the user's videos on the spot without having to leave.

Ergo, look at functionality over looks. They look like crap now, but at least they're more convenient.

Thank God I dodged the fate of getting one of those. One look at a person's beta channel and I almost fainted. DOES YOUTUBE THINK THEY LOOK NEXT GEN?! WELL, THEY DO! BUT THEY STILL SUCK! However, sooner or later, those who don't have it (like me) will soon probably be forced into it. THAT HELL'S DAY BETTER NEVER HAPPEN!

When I clicked on an 'edit' button in my new channel, I saw my computer got freezed, unfortunately. It looks like a bad idea for difficulties in performance.

It had occurred as I was trying to make my channel look more fancier. Get freezed for a little every time I get into there. :-(

I know that I have to live with it though since that was what YouTube has decided. "Il faut accepter tout ce qui arrive." :-(
