Got much recoil in that 204 and has it got a heavy barrel ?? I'm looking at buying one plus the reloading gear. Been hitting the foxes hard this year with me 22/250 and getting the 17hmr onto them aswell. Had a mouse plague here last year foxes are out of control.

Nice work! I shot 4 pups over the weekend in the Bathurs/Oberon area. They are still very small and not yet hunting on their own.

Definitely some good country around. The den I found was right in the middle of my favourite rabbit warren (which explains the lack of bunnies there recently).

The ones that I shot were still 6 weeks or so off being significantly independent I'd say. No challenge at all under the light and they didn't really care for the Tenterfield. Should be open season with the Foxpro and Tenterfield come December!
