I can tell you what will ruin a business. One word UNIONS yes they had there place but not now. That's what I love about the Western world. Because you have recorded your history, it's not difficult to trace your roots. I've been very interested in tracing my ancestry for a while now but because my Chineses grandfather was the son of the second wife and not the head wife, I don't think that there'd be any proper records. My great grandfather migrated from China to Malaysia and my Filipina mother's side consists mainly of agricultural labourers so I doubt there's much information available.
