  • song?

  • where did you get that tans cooler line set up?

  • @hemi116 Summit Racing

  • the oil cooler. does it work good? and i just drill holes in clutch cover and install lines????

  • @2253raymond It works great, cools by about 20-50°. Tapping the cover is a little more involved. You have to line it up on the oil gally and then fill the space in between so you create a cycle. Sign up on yfm350 . com for more info.

  • Dear god did you walk away from that crash?

  • @mengle2004 yupp. Its pretty crazy but I did walk away. I'm thankful everyday,

  • hey how good are those fox shocks? I want to buy them but am unsure if I should get those or some Elka's also where did you get the edelbrock carb?

  • @369imfine The FOX's are way worth the money. an air ride is the way to go. Plus you can change the PSI in a few minutes, where as with spring shocks, you'd have to send them out to be re-valved. And spring shocks need maintenance more often then the air ones do. I got the edlebrock years ago, used. And now a days eblebrock has dropped there motorsports division, as of a few months ago. I read that someone was to but the line but don't know anything else at the moment,

  • hey how good are those fox shocks? I want to buy them but am unsure if I should get those or some Elka's

  • I'm looking to do an oil cooler on my warrior as well. Could you tell me where you got those fittings and oil lines?

  • @WAubD I got all my parts from Summit Racing. Sign up on the warrior forum to get more info. YFM350 . com

  • @Joed5188 Perma-Cool.

  • hey everybody sign up on yfm350.com great forum

  • hey how much were the new a arms and tie rods?

    Thanks,

    thetrapperboy13

  • @thetrapperboy13 Check out their website, American Star Racing. Great products!

  • my warrior backfires and has no power i can feel it pop under the seat do you think it is a carb issue or maybe timing?

  • @chadwick330 Very will could be out of time. If the cam chain stretched to far its quite easy for time to jump time. What you mean it has no power? Adjust ur valves and check your timing. Also do a compression test. That should help. If all check outs then I'd start gettin into some carb work.

  • @chadwick330 ur exhaust valve is not opening at the rite time so there for make sure ur timing set rite and tht ur valve clearance is rite

  • i woulda got too happy and stopped and put the engine in at about 1:12 and rode it like that. lol love warriors

  • @highdeserthater Cool man, you have one? Sign up on the warrior forum, YFM350 . com

  • @bisket2003 i had one that me and my bud shared. but i moved and left him the warrior. it was blue, and fomr the late 90s, had a pipe and a cam, but thats about it. got it with a snapped frame too. lol welded it back nice and perfect and viola. i plan on getting another one though.

  • how much did that cost in the end. might do that to my warrior

  • @zlzachery1 Dunno, but it dosen't stop. I'm always spending money on it. I know I saved a ton of money finding deals and buying used.

  • @bisket2003 nice man. i bought another warrior for parts for only 500 bucks. good deal

  • how much did that cost in the end. might do that to my warrior

  • wht the song called

  • what happened

  • @150travis Watch the beginning of the video, read the text box. :03

  • were did you get the oil cooler??

  • @duneracerweston Summit Racing. You can get them at you local autoparts stre too. Its a transmission cooler. Just measure the are you want to put it and buy a size that close to that.

  • fock yeah....haha

  • how the hell are you still alive?

  • @hoffmanrider11 Dunno man, guess I'm just suppose to be here. It wasn't my time.

  • How much did you spend on the rebuild?

  • @Smackdown20110 Someone asked the same question. I replied to it, think its on page 2 or 3 of the comments.

  • By far the best rebuild ive ever seen! Congrats

  • @dmt52996 THANKS!!

  • for the oil cooler what are those fitting i need for it i have to know so i can get it done on my quad thats

  • where did you get those lights? and what are they called?

  • @MrSweetleaf92 Trail Tech torch lights.

  • very very nice, i like it better at the end, well done

  • y fix well engine stil good

  • y fix

  • how much did the rebuild cost

  • @cmace5 Hahaha. I have no idea. Way to much (actually not that bad, I got a lot of used parts and good deals) It's still never ending. Newest part is a lonestar swing-arm. Getting a lonestar stem here soon.

  • @bisket2003 dude I got a 2000 warrior with micky dunlaps stroked 446 w/ the high lift 450 cam. I love it when a banshee can't keep up!

  • @Hoggatha401 What, a Banshee? Even with the 446 kit I find that extremely hard to believe. Got a vids?

  • @bisket2003 I got videos not on cd though. I've raced for some years with this machine. The stroked 446 is so wicked with the cam and 38mm carb.

  • I'd say you built a warrior as opposed to rebuilding a warrior haha. None the less good job bro

  • how did you wreck it?

  • @trikes4life8256 Hit the end of a train track doing about 60

  • @bisket2003 your lucky u didnt die

  • Nice job on the rebuild. I like the front fox float shocks. How much they run?

  • hey, damn nice rebuild man! ware ya get the oil cooler? is it werth it? does it work pretty good?

  • hey what would stop my warrior from starting if it has been rebuilt and never started since i had it rebuilt..i bought it with rod knock and they loosened up rear end to make it stop..all new bottom and top..and replaced source coil..and pick up off another bike and still not a strong enough spark...... has good compression..

  • @Jnpimpin64 sign up on YFM350 . com

  • NO it isnt a serious question, making fun of previous commenter

  • i like the rebuild and the graphics on it

  • are the clutch plates on the shifter lever side or brake lever side?

  • @992bm Serious question? Shifter side.

  • are the fox floats any good, are they as easy to tune as they say they are??

  • @YFZ450Raptor350Rock Yes, and Yes. They are wicked!

  • i love the bike but i hate that grapic kit it makes it look gay

  • @Elijahtheyamahaguy Thank you for that completely useless bit of information. I loved that you commented on my video, but it makes you look gay.

  • that is the best rebuild of a warrior i have ever seen no joke. lol

  • @Pancakeman4787 no joke but you lol it?

  • BUDDY i WANT TO KNOW HOW YOU HOOKED UP THE LIQUID COOL, YOU NOTICE A BIG DIFFERENCE???

  • @SPDABVILLEKING there is a wright up on the YFM350 forum all about it.

  • good work done dude

  • dude it really looks great nice job and man wat they do run into a brick wall lol but anyway good rebuild it prolly cost alot for parts

  • yea 450 carbs are a little bigger but warrior raptor350 carbs are big to

  • major props for conquering this task, shes a true beast!

  • Awesome warrior.. Nice work!!

  • the carbs for warriors are monstrous! compared it to my 200 i dont see how it would fit into a 4 wheeler at all

  • @garvzwick The stock ones are kinda big. I think the newest FCR carbs on the 450's are actually bigger. I run an edlebrock carb and yeah, its huge, kinda heavy too.

  • @garvzwick my brothers stock was huge i dont know how it fit! haha

  • what type of exhaust do u have i have the same one but i bought it with it

  • @dood2333 Its a DMC Duel. First Gen Warrior Exhaust. Kinda rare. That can that I have on my quad now is actually the very last can from DMC. I sent mine in for some maintenance and they only had one can left in there warehouse, Sent it to me along with some very few stickers they had left. I'm betting that you have a DMC alien for a 4-stroke exhaust. They are more common and look the same.

  • yeah im just tryin to find a cheap aftermarket fonr tbumper, one of the ones that have the two outer loops style, i could make one if i had metals right now, but i dont want to spend 50+ for a bumper, iwant one that has those loops, because i saw a really nice lokking light system, with those lights mounted in the bumper side loops

  • what did you do with the old partslike the bumper and stuff

  • @Hawkster0001 Th stock bumper was trashed. I scrapped it. Most of the stock parts I sold off or traded. A lot of them I traded with the other warrior I had for a bit. Ebay usually brings up about 15 pages of warrior parts. Search warrior 350.

  • What kind of oil cooler line fittings did you use? I have a 2003 warrior, looking to do the oil cooler mod. have some overheating issues here in AZ!

  • @calypsobikes Its a perma cooler, with a 6' stainless steel lines kit. Bought it all from Summit Racing. If you sign up to the YFM350 site, there is a complete parts list and walk through on there. You can do the cooler kit for around $100.

  • @bisket2003 Thank you bisket2003! Might i say that was one f*cked up quad at the beginning! Great work on the rebuild/restoration. haha i found your post on this rebuild! Sweet Thanks for the info. I was wondering what part number from summit and so on. Because I see that you used the swivel 90 degree. And what looks like a male to male adapter. I saw somewhere i think bluetraxx that is you use the 90degree brass they might run into each other when tightening the fittings down! Thanx in advance!

  • @bisket2003 nevermind found all of your part numbers THANK YOU SOOOO MUCH!!

  • @bisket2003 one other thing and I will leave you alone, what part number fox shocks did you put on your rebuild? I'm looking for great shocks all around, and fox is the best, just wanted to know what part numbers you used!

  • @calypsobikes Fox Float Airshox?

  • @calypsobikes Yupp, just in the front though, I run a Banshee in the rear.

  • @calypsobikes All you need to know is the shock length and you'll be good. I don't have a fox shox on the rear, I run a stock banshee shock in the rear. FOX shox are kinda pricey, WORKS are a good upgrade over stock and don't costs as much.

  • Thanks man!!!!

  • fuck dude I bet that felt good?

  • how many clutch springs does the warrior engine have? is it the usual 6 spring set up like most other yamahas? or is it a 4 spring set up like a honda?

  • @ford351ful There is actually 5 springs in a warrior clutch.

  • where have you got the fox r's covers?

  • the oil cooler is sick!!! what brand of cooler is it? or size?

  • @bansheeboy08 Its a perma cooler. Its a transmission cooler. I forget the exact side but its as wide as the frame rails and a foot long.

  • the oil cooler is sick!!! what brand of cooler is it? or size?

  • where could i get the graphics design? and the aftermarket lights?

  • @crunkmonkey92 The lights are from Trial Tech and I design the graphix kits. Deadlastgraphix . com

  • did you do that all by yourself, it looks awesome

  • @C11376 Yupp. Everything except for the bore and hone and head work. Everything else I did/made/designed/assembled. Thanks!

  • @bisket2003 what head work did you have done?

  • @Hawkster0001 powroll .430 cam and a mild port, kibblewhite HD springs. I wanted to do a +1 on the intake but couldn't afford it.

  • @bisket2003 where did you get the parts?

  • @Hawkster0001 What parts? I got them from all over. Something specific your looking for?

  • @bisket2003 well not right now, but mainly topend valves rings seals springs etc. were gonna take the head off and bring it to a guy we know that does work on engines, and he's gonna tell us exactly what we need, so in a couple days ill know

  • @Hawkster0001 There is a guy on the YFM site right now selling a 84mm jug and piston and 390 cam for a really good price. There is also two big bear oil cooler setups for sale. If you haven't signed up yet, I suggest you do so.

  • whoah nice rebuild, it seems a fast quad, make me know when you upload a video of it :)

but hell! you hit a train?!!

  • why would you waste money on that piece of shit

  • Your parents wasted money on you, I'd ask them the same question.

  • Also, only paid at cost for the gaskets, oil, filter, a little bit of shop work, and tires. Everything else I got for cheap or way below retail price.

  • @bisket2003 haha nice

  • haha thats an awsume reply to that asswhole! lol

  • is that an oil cooler at the front of the frame?

  • Yupp

  • nice job on the rebuild! looks great! hows the bore and cam? did u notice a big differince?

  • @canamrider24 Thnaks! Yeah, the bore and cam really gave the engine some pep. I'm workin on getting some actual riding vids up. Yes this thing does move.

  • i had an 02 but all it had was intake, exhaust and a rev box. realy would like to get another 1 tho and do more to it, was a great quad for the trails

  • in the beginning i was like a man why?

    but then oowyeah :P

  • damn i would hate to see the way you looked after that

  • that thing get hit by a truck lol

  • thats amazing man. i really wanna buy a warrior but im stuck between this and a trx

  • How did that happen?! did you hit a semi at 190!

  • Alright cool, I'm Tyler From YFM350!

  • HEY deadlast! Whats up why is this video not on the YFM350 site?

  • HAH, you found me, It is, in in my rebuild post.

  • haha I noticed |Ive seen this rebuild there too!

  • how much did that new frame cost? my frame cracked in a few spots, gotta get a new one.

  • holy shit dude wut did u do to wreck that bad???

  • Hit the end of a train track going about 60mph.

  • lol bet you won be playing in the mud in the midle of the night anymore

  • almost didnt look worth it

  • damn nice rebuild about what I had to go through to rebuild my 86 suzuki quadracer

all decked out now with racing parts

  • damn that must have been one hell of a wreck!

  • Dude i love to see shitty 4 wheelers that people dont think anything of and you fix em up, 5 STARS man!

  • thats fucking nice i wish my warrior looked like that

  • wtf did u do

  • Ås I said before, I ran into the end of a railroad track in the middle of the night.

  • can you put a tranny cooler on any warrior 350 i have an 87 thanks kyle

  • Yup. Just tap into the oil galley and you'll be good to go.

  • my uncle got a 97 for free it had a sticky carb easy fix but he put a cobra racing exhuast on it

  • how much did the whole rebuild cost and where did you get the parts. looks nice lucky you didnt get hurt

  • Don't have an exact on the cost. Surprisingly not as much as you'd think. It took quite a while of scrounging around. looking for the best deals and man I found some great ones. I know I saved thousands compared to retail prices. Ebay and craigslist and friends is where I got most my parts. I run yfm350(dot)com so I had some help from the dudes on there as well. I suggest if your a warrior or rappy 350 fan, sign up on there. Good stuff to be had.

  • hey deadlast

  • Supp man! Cool vids dude. Hopefully for x-mas I get the go-pro camera and then I can post up some ridin vids. Prove that this thing actually runs, hahahah

  • are those shocks worth that much

  • I think so! I love em, so easy to change if need be and ridin on air is so smooth.

  • damn nice!

  • dude lets hear the dmc alien

  • I plan on getting some video of it up on here soon. It's down at the moment, installing a new rickys stator and EBC clutch plates. Plus I want to take to to the local Dyno and see what its producing. Also cant seem to get the edle tuned in perfect as of yet, hopefully the dyno guy can help me.

  • damn did u get hurt wen u hit the train track and that is arguably the best rebuild on here man GREAT JOB.

  • Luckily no. Have a wicked scar on my thigh and went to get a cat scan of my ab. Just some aches and busing, lucky. I deff. had an angel on my side that night.

  • damn you sure did from the look of that quad man it looks like someone died lol. damn though man you got me thinking how the hell did you unbend that whole entire frame haha

  • how hard was it to tap the holes for that oil coler

  • Super easy, just takes some time. You gatta block off the oil-gally, so it has to sit overnight.

  • this is prob the sickest video iv seen on youtube. sick man

  • THANKS man! I wish the music woulda stuck to the whole vid but i gave up on figuring it out.

  • what did u do

  • Hit the end of a train track at night doin about 50-ish.

  • and nice warrior i got one with shaved finders repainted them chevy orange and the seat up posterd black black the oil cooiler works great dont it

  • what song

  • how does the oil cooler work?

  • oil goes out the oil gally, passes through the cooler and cools by 20-40º and then goes back into the engine.

  • so is there an oil pump?

and how much did the total setup cost?

  • No you have to tap and block off the oil galley on the clutch cover so that it makes a continuous cycle. About $100 form Summit racing. Check out yfm350(dot com) for more info. I'm a moderator on there.

  • whats the picture at 0:53
