I don't, because he isn't playing infront of 10'000 people, and he has had many trys at recording the video. When someone plays live, they can't start over. This is still the best cover on youtube, and it always will be. The man is a master, and I'm not ragging on him, but I'm just saying don't be so stunned from a recording, because there is many factors to be taken into account when comparing a live preformance to a recorded video.

I think the style is from having longer and thicker fingers, I play the same way. Props, sounded cleaner than a lot of the covers out there.
