Yeah Jeff was a jobber in alot of early 90's WWF jobber matches along with Matt. One time Razor Ramon took liberties on Matt in the ring because he botched a move and then in Razors next match he fought Jeff and Jeff tried to retaliate for his brother and took some shots at Razor and earned alot of respect that night.
