Given any circuit changes or resurfacing in that time, I'd say they are pretty close.

The MC12 can not compete with the DBR9 or the C6R Corvette, no other GT1 cars can. Which is why the ACO and FIA added 50kg weight to the vette and the aston before they would pass it through homologation, so other cars could compete with them.

Completely wrong. The MC12 has won the FIA GT championship for 4 years now, despite having massive penalties applied, including lots of ballast and a much smaller rear wing. In 2005 the Vitaphone team, using penalised MC12s, beat the works Aston Martins in the Spa 24 Hours. Without the penalties, the MC12 would be many seconds a lap faster. The ACO rejected the MC12 because it doesn't fit the regulations, so it'll never be seen at Le Mans.

The MC12 is a GT racer from the ground up, which then had road going versions made to get it through homologation. If a purpose built race car couldn't beat a racing version of the Aston, which in effect is a cruiser, not a sports tourer like the c6, then I'd be worried. I don't want to see the MC12 at Le Mans whether it meets the technical regs or not. 2005 was the DBR9's first year, Vitaphone beat seasoned teams every year I'm sure a 4 month old racing team wasn't much problem for them.

The DBR9 has a large rear wing, a huge rear diffuser and a large front splitter. These additions to the car give it more grip that the FXX Evolution. If you have more grip you can drive faster round corners. Even though the FXX has more power it has less grip. That's why with M Schumacher driving the FXX he made it go faster that if the stig would have been driving it because he has the best driving technique in the world.

sorry dude but you are wrong. Schumi was the only person Ferrari would allow to drive the FXX. The FXX that was used in top gear is Schumi's OWN FXX. The reason why FXX was removed on the top list is bec FXX is using a slick tyres which contravenes the rules. The times of these cars were not included on the Lap Board either because they were deemed not to be street-practical due to being unable to run over a "sleeping policeman" safely, or because they could not be purchased by the public.
