Their are alot of people in DC who are die hard hockey fans and OV didn't introduce us to the game. Anyone of his talent is bound to draw new fans, but I think hockey in general can use as many fans as it can get in the US. Ovechkin hands down is my favorite player and soon to be the futures best LW. Caps better hold on to him because the only two teams i could see him on or want to see him on are the Sharks and Caps! Although i live near DC so id see him more.
