In most videos I've seen people recommend 20g of coffee per 12oz of water. I like to have 24 g per 12oz of coffee. Some have complaint to me that it's too strong but most like it that way but nobody has said it is too weak. 30g of coffee per 12oz(one small 3 cup french press is usually 12oz) seems very strong to me at least.
